Refund Policy
The refund policy for TalTech products depends on the permissions of the product in question.
Copy/No-Transfer: No Refunds. There is no way to return these items or to prove that they have been completely destroyed from the owners inventory, therefore we cannot offer refund for these items. Please always make sure you are buying the item that you want. Exception: If you accidentally purchase two copies of the same item within a short period of time, we may refund one of the sales on request.
No-Copy/Transfer: Refunds are available (at our discretion) within 5 days of purchase to the original purchaser only. You must specify the date, time and location of purchase and supply the transaction ID. Send a notecard with these details to a TalTech Representative but do not send the item until requested. The 5 days is counted from the date of purchase until the time your request is received.
Please note that TalTech may give or refuse to give refunds and our own discretion.
Note: This policy refers only to products created and sold by TalTech. Third party products sold under their own brand at the TalTech store are covered by their manufacturers own policy.

Replacement policy (Non-delivery or item loss)
The replacement policy for TalTech depends on the permissions of that product.
Copy/No-Transfer: We will be happy to replace these items within a month of the date of purchase as long as you can provide the date and approximate time (in SLT) of purchase, the location of purchase (in-world, SL Exchange, Apez or OnRez) and a transaction number of bought in-world. We may consider replacing items over a month after purchase in exceptional circumstances. Obviously, replacement items will only be sent to the original purchaser.
No-Copy/Transfer: TalTech does not offer replacements these items. We have no way of proving that the item is truly lost.

Item Swap Policy (you bought the wrong item by mistake)
As with other TalTech policies, the item sawp policy for TalTech products depends on the permissions of the product in question.
Copy/No-Transfer: TalTech does not offer the ability to swap these items as we have no way to prove that the item has been completly destroyed from the owners inventory. Exception: If you purchase two copies of the same item within a short time frame when you intended to buy two different items, we may consider supplying you with the correct item under the terms set out below.
No-Copy/Transfer: Swaps are available (at our discretion) within 5 days of purchase to the original purchaser only. You must specify the date, time and location of purchase and supply the transaction ID. Send a notecard with these details to a TalTech Representative but do not send the item until requested. You will be required to pay any additional cost of the replacement item and deliver the old item to the TalTech Representative assisting you before the replacement item is delivered. If the replacement item costs less than the old item, a refund of the difference will be supplied when the new item is delivered. The 5 days is counted from the date of purchase until the time your request is received.
