Oratio Ultima Regem?
Latin obviously, translates to "The Last Argument of Kings". Apparently embossed on the cannon of Louis XIV of France. An appropriate motto, I thought, for a store that sells the modern day equivalent.

Who are the official TalTech Representatives?
Currently the only official TalTech representative is the owner Talwyn Mills.

Why can't I get a refund for a copy/no-transfer item that has not been delivered?
his simple answer to this question is the fact that there is no way for anyone to guarantee that you didn't actually receive the item. While most of our customers are honest people, there are a subset in Second Life that would try and take advantage of non-delivery issues that Second Life may be experiencing to get free items.
Scripted objects generally use llGiveInventory to send a purchased item to a purchaser. If you look at that function in detail, you will note that there is no way to confirm if an object is delivered or not. There is no return value or event that indicates a successful delivery.
So where does that leave us? Most manufacturers will not refund copy/no-transfer items you have bought, this is because theres no way to guarantee the item has been destroyed. In the case of non-delivery, theres no way to tell if the person requesting the refund is one of the minority that would try to rip off a manufacturer.
However, for copy/no-transfer items, there is no disadvantage in the manufacturer giving the purchaser another copy of the item. In most cases, manufacturers selling in the TalTech store will happily supply another copy of the purchased item to the purchaser after confirmation of purchase (i.e. transaction numbers).

Why can't you give me a replacement item when a purchased item is not delivered?
If you purchased an item made my TalTech, we will happy replace an item that was not delivered as long as that item is copy/no-transfer.
However the majority of the items in the TalTech store is not made by TalTech but is sold on a commission bases. As such, no one at TalTech will have copy/transfer copies of the items and as we cannot supply you with copies.
If you contact a TalTech representative, they will be happy to point you in the direction of the appropriate person to contact.
Note that you will need to supply this person with the date, time and location of purchase and the name of the item you were purchasing. Transaction numbers will generally also be useful to them.
