TalTECH is proud to annouce the release of updates to the complete range of TalTECH Firing Ranges. An update to the Results Boards are also available and required for use with 2.0 ranges.
Updates to new Version 2.0 Ranges are available for all owners of 1.x.x ranges Free and at No Charge. To update your range, take the range offline and select Update from the admin menu. Please be aware that we are expecting a large demand for updates, if the range says none are available please try again later.
In Addition, three new styles are available.
NAS Brittania by New Avalon Shipyards brings a modern space ship look to the collection, though is rather high on prim count.
Following on from our most popular range Urban Decay, Cloud 9.1 brings Urban Wasteland. A similar but different theme with amazing textures and still with that very low prim count.
And last, but defiantly not least, Western Saloon not only brings a western theme to the shooting range, but is the first to exercise the new scripting and allow up to 5 players per round in multi player and pay to play ranges.
These new ranges are currently only available at the main TalTECH store.
The new scripting brings the following advanced features:
- Mono Scripting, faster and less script time usage.
- Built in Bow and Gun dispensor (can be disabled) by owner.
- Four new game modes, dont shoot the wrong target!
- Owner selectable target textures, choose the ones you like the best.
- Owner customizable target textures, want to shoot your friends?
- Additional compatability with slow and very fast moving projectiles, bows should work will all ranges.
- Optional debit permission, if you don’t grant Debit Permissions to a Pay To Play range it will act like a Competitive/Multi Player Range.
